scott went to the 3rd game of the world series last night! (thanks kelby!) as you can see, he had a GREAT time!!! lucy and i cheered from home! go red sox!

hot and cold

it was 75 degrees on saturday - we walked the boulder creek trail and spent some time on pearl street because we knew that sunday there would be SNOW!! our first snow of the year - the cold weather is here. it has been a beautiful summer and early fall...i love living here!
p.s. yes, we are rooting for the sox, but we love living in a world series city and are excited about the rockies too.

it was 39 degrees on the way to church this morning and when we got home we realized that our heater was not working - the reason for the bundling. we are thankful to be warm and toasty tonight as the cold rain continues. go rocks! go sox!



we found this nice exersaucer in the deacon's closet - very fun! lucy chews on it constantly, like everything else within her reach!

lucy's first day in sunglasses and jeans! (i can't keep from laughing when i see her in these sunglasses!) it was only a matter of minutes before the sunglasses became a teething toy on our walk...and here she is in her jeans riding her new elephant rocker - a gift from the zorgdragers. so fun! and just for kicks, a picture of scott in the new shades.

i started babysitting for jinxy and her brothers when jinx was 3 years old - now she is 9!!! here she is with lucy. it was so fun to see jinxy and her mom, tisha in boulder this weekend.
